Got questions about your pending order? Read the FAQ for once. Real questions you asked us:

1. I ordered and I can’t log in my user account! It says I’m locked out!

We disabled this by default because of fraud. Don’t worry.  We have your order. Really! If you NEVER received a confirmation of the order, please contact support@3gjuice.com. A conformation is the “order receipt” of your order.

2. If I order now, when do I get my Cut My Sim?

We ship every Friday. Allow us 1-3 days for European countries, 3-10 for US and up to 15 for the rest of the world

3. I ordered in May or June. When will my Cut my Sim be delivered?

Check “Delivery“. We have good news for those who ordered early. You will get not one but two “Back to Normal” convertors.

4. Can I buy the micro SIM to  mini Sim convertor separately?

Yes, very soon.

5. Can I cancel my order?

No, your order is handmade and already in our system. But if you don’t like the product, you can send it back.

1. Do I really need this?

Not if you have a strong hand, good eyes and a butchers knife.

2. Isn’t it an environmental waste to have 1 device for just 1 purpose,           which I probably only will use once?

Yes, it is. I don’t understand why no one asked me this. I encourage you to       start your own “Cut my Sim” service.
